Gayfields foals in 2005 and 2006 included our first from a son of Dubbel LL's Swifty and
effectively introduced a new era at Gayfields. Mingling Swifty in our pedigrees through
his sons and daughters is the next step in our Coed Coch Prydydd, Findeln Blue Danube,
Brockwell Spider, Pendock Masterpiece, Sleight of Hand chain of influence. The first three
foals by Gayfields Eurotrash were all boys...in the 2006 American National Show,
one of those
was first in the Sec. B yearling colt class (and Jr. Champion Colt) while another was 2nd in
the B yearling colts. For 2006 we had 3 fillies and 3 colts. Watch for them! We will have
2007 foals out of four of Swifty's daughters, including
2006 American National Supreme Champion Gayfields Ain't No Trubbel, in foal to Gayfields
The Sleuth. Others include Gayfields Dubbel Bubbel in foal to Sleight of Hand and both
Gayfields Kiss Me Quick! and Gayfields Malarkey in foal to Gayfields Say What!?!
A fifth Swifty daughter, second to Trubbel in the 3/4 year old B mare class, Gayfields
Dubbel Dose is putting off motherhood in favor of partnering with granddaughter Suzanne
McGehee--giving us one more insight into what Swifty is doing for us.
